Swash Convergence Technologies - Channel Development Manager (3-5 yrs)
ROLE: Business Development Manager / Channel Development Manager
Location: Bangalore/Karnataka/ Odisha/ West Bengal/ Chhattisgarh and Jharkhand

The objective of this position is to deliver on-going new business growth to SWASH Convergence Technologies Limited by on boarding resellers and developing channel sales for the categories that we carry as a part of our selection.
This role provides opportunities to develop original ideas, approaches, and solutions in a competitive and ever changing business climate.
BASIC QUALIFICATION:
- Incumbent must be open to a 6 days working.
- Should appoint Implementation Partners (IP), Channel Partners (CP)
- Deep understanding and passion for Channel Creation and Sales.
- He should represent the entire range of company products and Services.
- Experience in external customer interaction.
- Analytical skills and demonstrated ability to manage the business.
- Good presentation skills with an ability to express thoughts logically.
- Should be an active listener, highly consultative and result oriented.
- Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred.
- At least 3-5 of years- experience with prior experience.
- CTC: As par Industry Standards.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION:
- Experience in FMCG and IT Sales would be an advantage.
- Previous experience in strategic business development, product marketing, revenue targets is highly desirable.
- Experience in selling products and services into new business climate.
