Field visits to assigned parliamentary constituencies - Support on-the-ground engagement work and should be willing to travel to different parliamentary constituencies as per the requirements of the assigned project. Conduct interviews with multiple stakeholders such as government officials, civil society representatives, media organizations and other local administration.Document the findings and present a holistic analysis of on-the-ground situation to Swaniti team and subsequently to the client as well.   B. Policy Research and Analysis - Work closely with the Engagement Leads and/or Engagement Associates to develop high quality research reports on government schemes and successful development models in India. Reports will consist of narratives of best practices and analysis of the client's requirements to arrive at feasible interventions for development.   C.
