A leading MNC Financial Services is currently hiring for a VP / Sr. VP - Institutional Sales to manage their BD team Pan India, to be based in Mumbai.

Job Role:

- Lead & supervise the PAN India Institutional Business development team

- Be responsible for achieving the growth and revenue targets

- Establish strong relationships and influence the decision makers among Clients & the Investors community

- Strategize ways to differentiate and strengthen the brand among various Corporates & the Investors community to enable higher market penetration.

- Active involvement in new product development based on market research and feedback

- Implement the best practices followed within the industry

Candidate Profile:

- Post graduation in management (MBA) in marketing or finance.

- 10 – 15 years of relevant experience

- Good knowledge of the Capital Markets industry – especially equities, mutual funds and insurance

- Strong client interface including relationships at senior level at corporate and investors

- Should have experience in dealing with decision makers
