About our Client :

Our client is one of the largest MNC banks in the world known for its aggressive and progressive approach. They service retail, consumer, and investment banking clients and have been successful in expanding their services in the sub-continent. They are now looking for a senior Leader to lead their Technology center based in Pune.

Job Description - Reporting into the Group Head of HR and managing a team of 10, your responsibilities will include:

- Be a business partner and key member of the India leadership team and work closely with key stake holders to create and deliver the HR strategy for the business ensure that the business objectives are met.

- Collaborate with the leadership team on the formulation of key strategies by anticipating HR issues and solutions as appropriate.

- Focus on leadership development and work closely with the management team.

- Creatively apply strong business acumen with strong communication skills in driving the people engagement and initiatives.

- Work closely with the COEs and HR Operations teams to influence and ensure business objectives are met.

The Successful Candidate :

- You will come with 13-18 years of experience with exposure of working with very senior stakeholders in a multinational environment, either from within BFSI or from a technology set up.

- The ability to work through influence rather than direct team management and to effectively collaborate with the COEs and Operations teams to deliver business objectives is key for this role.
