About our Client: Our clients is one of the largest global Banks with demonstrated strengths across Corporate Banking, Consumer Banking and Investment Banking. They are looking for a SVP- Business Strategy (Retail & Cards Business) who can manage partner relationships, set strategic and operational goals for the group

Job Description : As the SVP, you will be reporting in to the Head/Director and you will be primarily responsible for :

- Organization Development Strategy

- In addition to above, you will also be responsible for Create platform for long term success and growth of organization through initiating new client partnerships and deepening existing relationships

- Initiate and foster client partnerships, manage long term view of the organization with the partners, set strategic and operational plans and ensure seamless functioning of teams across multiple locations

- Managing the retail business across geographies (APAC, EMEA, NA)

- Partner with Retail Bank on all BAU and strategic initiatives across products and portfolio

Relationship Management:

- Interact regularly with Partner leadership to set and manage expectations aligned to group capabilities and work to deepen existing relationships.

The Successful Candidate: As a successful applicant, you need to have the following:

- 14+ years Experience in Financial Services/Analytics Industry

- A Masters or Doctoral degree with specialization in Statistics, Mathematics, or other quantitative discipline

- Marketing Analytics related experience specifically in retail or commercial banks

- Knowledge of analytical tools such as SAS/SQL and complex data sources

- Experience in one or more financial services businesses (cards, retail bank, mortgage etc)
