Position Summary

- The GM- Technology is responsible for the development & deployment of the various mission-critical Financial applications for the company.

- He/She will be part of the core Tech Team and lead a team of developers and testers to effectively deliver and manage the B2B products.

Detailed Responsibilities:

- Development of an high voume, high availability, watertight secure financial products (you have to be a hands-on coder)

- End-to-end ownership of all technology processes, development and deployment

- Lead a team of developers and testers and provide technical guidance

- Interact with Product and UI / UX team on a regular basis

- Adhere to application development frameworks to ensure reusability, maintainability, extensibility and reliability

- Status reporting and project monitoring for quality assurance

- Exhibit a sense of urgency, independently identify options, develop solutions, taking action responding to business needs

- Implement policy and standards relating to the design, creation, security and recovery for web-based applications

Desired Skills:

- B Tech / MCA / M Tech / MS in Computer Science, Engineering or IT

- Shall have minimum 10 years of hands on experience and strong knowledge in Dot Net 4.0 Web Technologies (Asp.Net, C#, WCF 4.0)

- Hands-on knowledge of Java, Struts, JRE, J2EE & other open source platforms will be an added plus.

- Min 4 years’ experience of managing team of 6 ~ 8 Developers as team Leader guiding team members through software design, coding, testing and perform code reviews.

- Excellent ability to interpret business requirements, create technical design documents and produce appropriate architecture, framework and designs

- Working knowledge of Java Script, Jquery and AJAX

- Working knowledge of relational databases

- In-depth knowledge of Project Estimation and Agile methodologies

- Candidates with experience in leading consumer internet companies, specially eCommerce will be preferred
