Suvidhaa - Cluster Head - Telecom/FMCG (5-10 yrs)

Objective:

- The Cluster Head is responsible for the sales performance in the assigned cluster. He/she assists the Regional Head in delivering the overall regional sales objectives. He/She supervises, fine-tunes and monitors the execution and takes pro-active initiatives to seize every opportunity to increase the sales in accordance with the Companies’ policies and strategies.

Detailed Responsibilities

- Grow Transaction Revenue

- Drive the volume and value of transactions across different services

- Maximize revenue by focusing on driving the mix across different services.

- Drive trade schemes and promotions and Implement Trade marketing initiatives.

- Track competition activities in the market & update the regional head/corporate teams on the same.

- Plan and implement customized business development initiatives such as cross selling of services, catchment area marketing, etc in identified retail outlets/geographies.

Plan and implement infrastructure footprint in the cluster

- Drive acquisition of quality retail outlets in line with companies’ plan.

- Appoint Distributors to enhance distribution network in the territory.

- Ensure high active base through driving team for servicing existing retail outlets and reviving dormant outlets.

- Identify & develop new markets for companies’ services.

Ensure superior customer service

- Ensure market servicing happens in line with companies’ expectation.

- Resolve problems faced by outlets by coordinating with Customer Service team, wherever required.

Team management

- Set targets for the team and drive fulfillment of the same.

- Lead from the front to drive and motivate his team through regular contact and on-the-job training.

- Conduct regular reviews with the team to ensure alignment of the team with Company objectives.

Key competencies/qualifications required

- Post graduate with 5 to 10 years of Sales experience in Telecom or FMCG

- Minimum of 3 year of experience in the role of a team manager

- Exposure to Trade Marketing

- Geographic knowledge will be preferred
