Towards this Sutherland Digital is now in the process of building a core management team that can drive the company towards its vision  Position : Lead IT Recruitment   Job Overview :  The Senior Recruitment Specialist / Lead will support in recruiting top talent for the Digital IT organization. S/he will be responsible for driving all the aspects of talent relationship management. This role will involve full-cycle recruiting of professionals (screening, scheduling, interviewing, testing, managing the hiring manager relationship, negotiating the offer, follow through after the candidate is hired)  The person in this role should have :  - Strong understanding of IT requirements and should be preferably from IT- Services Organization.   - Should have handled highly niche skill requirements and should have good understand of the Market and skill availability.   - Able to work independently end to end- source, screen, attract potential IT candidates.   - Should have the flair to converse fluently, sell the role/ Digital- IT brand with potential job seeker to get attracted to the role.   - Establish Relationship with candidates and Sr. stakeholders  - Should be A great negotiator, Influencer   - Hand's on in sourcing, Scheduling and coordinating the interviews  - Ability to multi-task. Deal with stakeholders seamlessly.   - Drive Weekly / Monthly - Hiring meetings, Maintain strong MIS - Database.   - Good understanding of various recruiting tools like - Taleo, PeopleSoft and any other tools   - Should be proficient with different types of Searches on Job-boards, free wire, social Media.   - Proficient with using Social Media tools, Job-board - Like LinkedIn, Career Builder, talentbin, Social Jobs, Dice, TechFetch, meetup, social forums, Twitters, free wire portals  - Should be Ambitious, competitive, aggressive and passionate to succeed and willing to work in a faced paced environment.  - Strong consultation skills; ability to demonstrate knowledge as a SME for executive recruiting  - Ability to influence without authority  Required Skills/Education:-  - A MBA - Degree in HR / PM-IR - from Reputed - Tier -1 & 2 - B-School must required.   - Should have excellent verbal & written communication skills / Business presentable skills.   - Overall 5 - 12 Yrs. of recruiting experience; of Minimum 2-3 years in IT recruiting experience.  - Recruiting experience from any Tier -1, IT-services organization most preferred.   - Must have proficiency with various software applications programs including Microsoft Word, and Excel.  - Experience in managing functional groups   - Proficient planning, time management, and decision making skills   - Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external associates.  - Ability to generate new ideas and manage them into reality.  - Demonstrates ability to think and act strategically, with the ability to anticipate trends and assess consequences accurately.   - Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism is critical  - Strong work ethic, integrity, flexibility, diversity, customer service orientation,and team work abilities are essential.  Salary Range: 6 - 15 LPA   Interested Please apply with your updated resume or Contact -+91 -44- 42297556.Mobile +91 7708 65 54 44
