Sustainability Analyst - EHS

We have an urgent opening for the candidates for the profile of Sustainability in Top Most Consulting Firms of the world. Please find below the JD for the same:-

As a Analyst you will be responsible for:

- Interface with client teams (global and local) to identify key process design opportunities

- Efficiently engage client on aspects related to Sustainability (such as emissions, renewable sources of energy, energy efficiency, smart city design etc.) and assist in developing solutions for identified opportunities encompassing resource allocations, risk management, time/task analysis, and estimating factors

- Map ‘as is’ and design client’s target operating model

- Develop and manage business requirement specification

- Project management and offshore / onsite client management

- Ability to engage with client teams and client environment; facilitate resolution of key client issues

- Support client ‘buy-in’ process

- Strengthen offerings – development of collateral, methodology refinements, best practices updates and trends tracking, create and support proposals incorporating Accenture value proposition.

- Incorporate Accenture best practices & development methodologies into every stage of the project management lifecycle.

Experience:

Specific experience will include:

- Minimum 1 to 2 years of Consulting or functional experience across one or more of the following areas:

Environmental, Health and Safety

a. Identifying opportunities

b. Development of programs and systems to comply with EHS regulations

c. Implementation and execution of EHS programs

d. EHS performance reporting

e. EHS training

Sustainability Performance Management

f. Assessment and data gathering

g. Identify risks and quantification

h. Guidelines, KPIs and systems

i. Vendor and Product selection

j. Delivery through IT platform

k. Strong knowledge of following products: Enablon, Credit 360, SAP SuPM, IHS

Experience in Smart cities - City IT & Communication network solutions, Waste, water & recycling solutions, smart grid Services and / or energy Efficiency is a plus.

- Worked in an international context servicing clients or worked internationally

- MBA from a Tier1 B-School with specialization in Environmental Studies

- Bachelors and / or Masters in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, Chemical engineering and Environmental Policy will be preferred.

Key Competencies and Characteristics:

- Should have excellent communication, presentation and client interaction skills.

- Should have an analytical bent of mind with capability of deciding on nature of information needed and the ability to derive business sense of such information.

- Should be able to think logically and present ideas convincingly.

- Initiative in keeping abreast of changing industry practices, analysis and design methods, tools and techniques and emerging technologies.

Ability to develop & maintain working relationships with a number of stakeholders and senior professionals.
