Suryoday Microfinance - Manager/Sr Manager - Communications & PR

Job Description:

- The position is responsible for ensuring effective conveying of the organization's internal and external messages.

- The chosen candidate will play an integral role in the company’s strategic direction, development and future growth.

- Create strategies and implement programs to improve employee awareness and productivity

- Prepare content/memos/presentations/materials etc for internal/external distribution

- Ensure effective communication with internal employees and external stakeholders

- Ensure awareness of the company’s policies, programs, activities, achievements, etc

- Ensure all communications result in positive impact

- Coordinate with press/media agencies as may be necessary

- Coordinate and manage vendors for producing materials for distribution

Knowledge, Skill and Experience:

Qualification: Preferably Post-Graduate with specialization in PR/Communications

Experience: 5-8 Years

Technical /Functional skills:

- The candidate should possess excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to think strategically and deliver high quality messages and content, in an attractive format, to a diverse range of stakeholders.

- A motivated self-starter with excellent interpersonal and communication skills; high on integrity; should have good sense of time management, planning & organizing, judgment and analysis

- Adaptability and comfort in coordination/interaction with internal and external stakeholders

- Experience in managing relationships with various vendors, partners and solution/service providers

- Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule.
