Job Description:   - The position is responsible for establishing the company’s IT vision and leading all aspects of the company’s technology development.   - The chosen candidate will play an integral role in the company’s strategic direction, development and future growth.   - planning, evaluation, identification, implementation and maintenance of appropriate technology platform, systems and applications for delivering the company’s services   - ensuring that the hardware and software architecture can support the growing and changing needs of the business   - identify opportunities and implement innovative technology solutions adopting various mechanisms like social media, mobile applications, cloud applications, etc   - collaborating with the appropriate departments to assess requirements, identify and implement technology solutions that support company’s organizational needs   - development and execution of an enterprise-wide information security and disaster recovery plans that protects the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the company’s data and systems   Knowledge, Skill and Experience:   Qualification: Bachelors Degree - preferably in Computer Sciences. MBA will be a plus.   Experience: 7-10 Years   Technical /Functional skills:   - A motivated self-starter with excellent interpersonal and communication skills; high on integrity; should have good sense of time management, planning & organizing, judgment and analysis   - Adaptability and Comfort in coordination/interaction with internal and external customers   - Thorough understanding and knowledge of technology solutions, trends, etc   - Experience on Program/Project Management; Strategic Planning and Execution.   Experience in Planning, Designing, Deploying and Maintaining:   - enterprise systems, networks and applications   - websites, email solutions, cloud applications   - innovative technology solutions - web/mobile/social-media, etc   - workflow applications for business process management   - Experience in managing relationships with various vendors, partners and solution/service providers   - Experience in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating policy and developing and implementing new strategies/procedures.   - Ability to motivate teams to produce quality outcomes within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects.   - Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule.   Please note, we are looking for applications specific to the experience & location mentioned above.   Interested candidates kindly forward resume along with the following details:   Current/ Last CTC:  Expected CTC:  Notice Period:
