Suraksha Diagnostics - Manager - IT Networking (10-15 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Incumbent must have experience in System & Network Administration of a large organization with nearly 1000+ users and will have to support HO, multi-location structure
- Networking-LAN, WAN, RF, Router Management
- Systems Administration - Installing, Configuring and Maintaining Operating Systems, Application Software, Anti-Viruses& hardware, AD, Storage devices, Switches, Firewalls etc.
- Budgetary control and management of accounts payable
- IT service management, Managing IT operations using IT framework
- Strategize & Implement IT needs as per business requirements
- Data Center Operations (Server, Network, Security, ERP)
- Engaging with various project teams for implementing IT and security policies and procedure in line with ISO including IT operations
- Review and implement best Practices followed in industry to optimize the Operational support, thereby increasing user satisfaction and bringing down operational Cost.
- Project Management, IT budget management.
- Vendor Management: Vendor Reconciliation for Payments and Receipts of Products.
Experience & Skills :
- 10 to 15 years of Networking / IT maintenance experience in Healthcare/Hospital/Diagnostic set-ups.
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of healthcare set-ups will be advantageous
- Proven track record in managing networking activities for multi-location environment
- Proven track record in working effectively with cross functional groups and operations.
