Job Title: Supply Chain Specialist Projects
Supply Chain Management
- This position promotes key divisional cross-functional projects, drives SC process improvements, implements cost reduction and technology implementation within the SC team.
- This role requires knowledge of SAP, business processes, Operations Excellence and general engineering technology used in the Supply Chain.
Positions that report into this role:
Essential Qualifications: B.E.; MBA (desirable)
Essential Experience:
- 4-8 years in Operational Excellence and process mapping and redesign.
- Strong technical background and understanding of technology used in the SC.
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Six sigma black-belt and Lean certification preferred
Key Roles/Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Promote and lead key Supply Chain projects
- Supply Chain Technology: Promote and implement technology within the PCC Supply Chain such as SC Serialization, WMS, RFID, bar-coding, and on-line printing project.
- Supply Chain Process Development: Design and implement more robust SC processes, reporting and controls throughout PCC. Document via process maps existing processes, revise processes as necessary to lower costs, improve efficiencies, and reduce order-to-delivery times.
