Role - Supply chain solutions manager

Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end supply chain solutions for Retail, CPG & Manufacturing industry verticals:

- Create new value adds for existing supply chain solutions

- Identify new areas for solution development and develop them

- Support sales team in supply chain related pursuits

- Scout alliance partners and forge alliances/ partnerships

- Liaison with corporate marketing team to market solutions

- Support operations/ delivery teams in executing supply chain projects

Industry knowledge

- Retail/ CPG

- Manufacturing

Domain experience

Hands on experience in one or more of the following:

- Inventory management

- Demand planning/ forecasting

- Sales & operations planning

- Order management

- After-sales (warranty/ returns) management

Technology

- Exposure to leading 3rd party vendor tools in one or more of the above areas

Years of experience

- 5 to 8 years, preferably in an IT/BPO environment servicing Retail, CPG & Manufacturing clients
