Job Description :

a. Expert Knowledge in procuring goods and services, such as equipment, tools, parts, supplies, Software and Hardware.

b. Review requisitions. Confers with vendors to obtain product or service information, such as price, availability, and delivery schedule

c. Coordinate with Procurement Agent, internal business partner (requestor) and supplier on various Purchase Order Changes.

d. Good experience in Catalog and Inventory management.

e. Respond to Procurement Agent, business partner (requestor) and supplier on queries relating to Purchase Orders.

f. Able to communicate with suppliers, Business Partners and Clients.

g. Always looking for opportunity for Cost Savings and Diversity in Supplier.

h. Need to support the team in subject matter and also handle client calls.

i. Must be able to work in a schedule-driven environment. Timing is a critical function

j. Prepare reports based on requests from Company team members.

k. Actively participate on process improvement initiatives.
