Job Description :   Responsibilities :  - Design and optimize marketing campaigns (including email campaigns, website content, blogs) to maximize Return on Investment.  - Conceptualize creative content for text and display ads to maximize CTRs of campaigns.  - Track, report and analyze effectiveness of campaigns and investment against objectives and key performance indicators.   - Keep pace with SEM, SEO, social media and internet marketing industry trends and development.   Qualifications :   MOST Important : The person should have a Keen eye for attention to detail.   - Strong copywriting abilities and sound editorial judgment   - Demonstrated ability to work independently under pressure and manage resources and multiple, competing priorities simultaneously  - Ability to use data and metrics to drive editorial decisions and marketing activities   - Person should possess a good understanding of online marketing   - Good communication skills and ability to identify key metrics and parameters to judge the effectiveness of ongoing campaigns   - Ability to work with minimum supervision, to take initiatives, to adhere to tight timelines and be self-motivated.   Preference shall be given to individuals who have hands on experience on various aspects of Online Marketing in the internet/e-commerce space.  Preferred Qualifications :  - Experience running other digital marketing channels   - Excellent written and verbal communication skills   - Art / Design or Copy Writing background  Salary Range: 5 - 7 LPA
