Xelerate has helped create products and services for over 300 million end-customers today.   About Position   As Manager - Global Sales office you will need to be:   Managing the Sales Review process:  - Participating in all calls to track content being discussed  - Preparation of minutes and circulation  - Executive inputs to CEO and COO regarding review calls  - Continuous improvement of the process  - Maintain data related to review process and maintain the document repositories  Revenue Tracking & Control:  - Overall coordination of revenue target setting  - Periodic tracking of revenue performance & management reporting  - Provide inputs into Management reviews on the revenue front  - Variance tracking  - Create & circulate periodic pipeline reports and assist in pipeline reviews  Knowledge Management:  - Coordination with Marketing, Industry, Pre-sales teams and Front-end sales team on knowledge base creation & usages  - Program-manage priorities & capacities in creation of knowledge repositories  Team Management:  - Coordinate with multiple teams under the COO to execute priority activities in a timely manner  - Perform risk management of high-priority activities and proactively alert the COO and CEO appropriately  Support systems:  - Administration of sales tools such as salesforce.com  - Managing all improvements & enhancements of tools such as salesforce.com  - Periodic auditing of quality of data in salesforce.com  - Providing reports on pipeline to other internal teams  - Support in organizing planning meets (marketing, sales etc.)  Desired Skills:  - Experience in handling sales program management offices / Analytics / Salesforce effectiveness improvement etc.  - Experience in working with salesforce.com or similar applications  Experience:  - Atleast 3 - 5 yrs of post-MBA experience in consulting (internal / external) roles  - Familiarity in working with MS Office and Sharepoint  Education Qualification   - UG - BTech / BE in any stream   - PG - MBA/PGDM from Tier 1 B Schools/ top US B-Schools   Lathasha Sasidharan  Talent Acquisition Team  SunTec Business Solution
