Accounting and Book-keeping	  - Preparation and finalization of periodic financial statements for ten group companies.   - Statements comprise but not limited to P&L, B/S, CF/FF, GL, and Cost overhead allocation.   - Statutory compliances and filings as per required legal standards. Serve as escalation point for all Accounts receivable and payable.   - Ensure appropriate internal control and financial procedures.   - Coordinate regular audits and external financial analysis.  - Administers preparation of interim, year-end, & comparative financial reports, provides analysis of current results to prior periods & /or budget.   - Prepares required Govt. reports as directed, competent authority & responds to inquiries as necessary.  - Forecasting, Budgeting, Analysis: Develop periodic budgets and financial forecasts, and analyze actual performance to discuss with board along with recommendations especially on cost saving, special projects, and incidentals.  - Taxation, Legal Affairs, and Insurance: Interact with the various Govt. authorities such as RBI, SEEPZ, and bank etc., laisioning work as & when required. Create and implement legally compliant systems for tax planning including income tax, VAT, Service, etc. provide the information of tax liabilities & to guide, educate for planning the tax to associates.   - Working capital, Fund management, Investments: Ensure available minor funding from various sources for sufficient working capital, approve weekly payables and transfer methods, oversee open receivables. Periodically analyze and report results of investments and advise on possible opportunities including currency and gold hedging.  - Team growth, and people management : Mentor and develop a direct team for accounting, finance, and other functions listed above by managing work allocation, training, problem resolution, performance evaluation, and career progress. Guide larger cross functional teams across group.  - Legal: Knowledge of Manufacturing & International Laws is Compulsory.
