To know more about the company please visit our website : www.suminter.com.   Job Description:   - To supervise routine accounting and day to day bill passing.  - To finalize account and liaise with Statutory Auditor for Audit.  - Responsible for finalization of accounts.  - Adherence to regulatory and statutory compliance's.   - Negotiation with Banks/ FIs on terms of credit, pricing, service charges etc.   - Responsible for Company ROC, taxation & export related compliance including FEMA.  - Working capital Management.   - Taxation- direct & indirect- planning, including transfer pricing, global taxation norms, etc.  - Responsible for Financial MIS & weekly cash flow report   Desired Profile:   - Exceptional financial, commercial, tactical and technical skills.  - Strong project finance experience and been an expert in handling Banks/FIs at commensurate levels.   - Been strong in strategic planning, execution, contracting, negotiations and change management.  - Knowledge of ERP accounting system is added advantage  Contact Detail:   Jyotsna Jena  Suminter India Organics Pvt.
