Subex - Presales Role - Networking Analytics

- 7 or more years experience with telecom networking. Conversant with technical and operational challenges faced by operators at layers 1-3. Candidate with exposure in RAN(Radio Access Network), network planning, mobility network,3G,4G/LTE, Radio Engineering, RAN Network Planning with exposure in customer facing role.

- Understanding of critical operational processes within a telecom operator, including Quote-to-Cash, Service Assurance, Asset Management, Access Management and Field Services

- Exposure to finance-related telco domains including Billing, ERP, CRM, Cost Management, Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management

- Knowledge of analytics and business intelligence concepts

- Understanding of complex software systems and architectures

- Understanding of current best practices in software design and development

- Familiarity with the sales cycle for enterprise solutions

- 5 or more years as a solution consultant and/or architect for software solutions for telecom operators.

- Basic understanding of the OSS market landscape including understanding of players in fulfillment, assurance, and billing spaces, the inventory players, auto-discovery players, etc.

- Experience with OSS implementation projects related to one or more of: network Inventory, provisioning, network management, capacity management and network discovery.

- Ability to spec on-site applications and delivery using current best practices for software delivery

- Hands-on experience with telecom carrier networking technologies ranging from TDM/SONET, ATM, Frame Relay, DSL, metro Ethernet, and IP (VPNs, MPLS, VoIP, IPTV) networks.

- On-site installation experience with OSS software is a plus.

- Oracle DB and hands-on software development are pluses

Education

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent

- MBA is a plus

- Finance or accounting degree or certificate is a plus

- Receptive to travel 50% of the time or more, including international destinations
