Candidates must have demonstrated experience and competency in the following areas:

6-12 years of working experience with atleast 5 years they should have experience in working in Telecom analytics in building models.

Ability to explain analytics with a business sense and providing solutions for new coverage.

Prior business and management consulting experience within delivery and sales arena

Approx 2-3 years tangible Analytics consulting experience

Ability to work with both business and technical teams.

Experience in working with clients on large Analytics program

Candidates must have strong writing skills and experience presenting findings and deliverables to senior management

Traveled and worked with customer/ prospects across multiple geographies.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Ability to communicate with business and technical audiences

- Empathy for the business drivers of the client

- People Management & Customer Management Skills

- Strong analytical and problem solving capability

- Skilled in the use of Microsoft office applications including Word, Excel and Powerpoint

- Fluent in English, written and spoken. Highly desirable to be fluent in another language

- Willingness to travel 60% of the time to any geography as business demands.

Graduate / Post Graduate Engineering is mandatory.
