Roles and Responsibilities:
- Accomplish Analytics on recruitment data and provide insights to the Talent Acquisition team.
- Responsible for developing Global HR Analytics capability including cross value insights/proposition in the area of Workforce, Performance & Rewards Management, Talent Management and Human capital metric.
- Provide workforce and expense related decision management information to senior executives as required.
- Pro-actively communicate with Senior HR Leadership through Service Managers and independently, as needed Creates and delivers executive, high-impact presentations.
- Prepares data for compensation and benefits analyses.
- Develop and clean reported data and checks the quality of data.
Skills required:
- 3 - 6 years of experience in Analytics & Reporting.
- Strong foundation in statistical techniques and decision sciences.
- Strong domain knowledge of HR, Compensation & Benefits and Talent Acquisition.
- Excellent HR reporting experience.
Education Criteria:
- Bachelors or Masters in any of the quantitative subjects (e.g. Statistics/ Mathematics etc.)
Salary range: 7 - 10 LPA
