The position is best described by how Google describes a typical APM candidate:  "The way that Google sees Product Managers is that they're the people who do what needs to be done, no matter what it is. They fill gaps. They're shape shifters. They can take on any role that needs to be taken, and juggle them in a way that makes the team work like clockwork, even if it's missing about 16 different gears."  In terms of expertise, the candidate is expected to demonstrate exceptional individual competency / behavior in four major areas as part of his / her role:  a) Ability to calculate ROI on any activity (including apparently intangible activities)  b) Deep business understanding of multiple sectors  c) Innovation consulting & business design  d) Great human empathy  - The ideal candidate will be between 26 - 28 years old, and willing to travel within India for atleast half the month.
