Job Role :
Client Management
- Lead role in execution of client service (Project delivery)
Networking & Marketing
- Create and manage good independent relationships with clients
- Expand opportunities with existing clients, identify and acts on referrals typically in relation to his service line
- Build broad networks within the firm locally and internationally
- Lead and coordinate the planning and management of assignments, with guidance from the Partner
Knowledge Management
- Strong contribution to knowledge sharing efforts, reviews and continually improves processes so that the team and firm capture and leverage knowledge
People Management
- Build a strong team and be a strong role model, mentor and coach
- Assist in resolving people issues
- Assist in recruiting activities for the SBU, including campus hiring
Business Development
Academic Qualifications :
Graduate / Eng + MBA (preferably from a premier institute) (Ideally 2007 passout) or a CA with a good academic background
Experience: 3 - 6 years of relevant post qualification experience.
Candidates should have:
- Expertise in Strategy Consulting, Process Improvement consulting experience in the Manufacturing domain.
- Should have domain (Mfg) industry skills in relevant functions
