Qualifictaion : Full Time MBA (Mandatory)

Job responsibilities are to manage and allocate, and forecast resource requirements for India operation. The incumbent to have good strategic skills and analytical ability to manage resources like seat allocation, tracking utilization, team wise or location wise seat allocation and other requirements. Tally the database head count of HR, BU, and Access control, and provide strategic inputs on better utilization of seats facility.

Responsibilities:

- Analyzing and generating reports on Seating Arrangement/Plans.

- Responsible to analyze seat utilization and provide optimal utilization solutions.

- Allocate seats to every employer

- Utilizing database from cross functional department like HR/BU/Access Control to provide strategic inputs for seat or resource allocation.

- Preparing MIS report on admin spends, verifying spend to budget, checking variance and citing reasons for variance.

- Provide reports to effectively outline cost saved or exceeded and provide cost effective solutions.

- Maintain relations with vendors and service providers to ensure quality and timeliness of goods and services.

- Report issues, identify opportunities for improvement of systems and processes, and suggest strategies to minimize risks.

- Shows commitment to open communication demonstrated by sharing of information, ideas and knowledge and actively listening to others.

- Is highly flexible in approach and responsive to new ideas and activities, demonstrated by willingness to take on new challenges, roles and responsibilities

- Self-motivated and proactive

- Skilled in the effective resolution of complex issues and problems

KRAs:

- Taking care of MIS activities inside Corporate Services

- Understanding cost involved in various segments of CS and coming up with reports.

- Analyzing and generating reports on Seating Arrangement/Plans.

- Preparation of Reports pertained to Vendor Related Services

- Provide MIS on expenditure-monthly.

- Seat utilization/availability-monthly.

- Quarterly rate analysis on services.
