They have established themselves in more than 50 countries and are renowned for driving innovation in the industry. They are currently looking for a person to be a part of their strategy team.
Job Description - Reporting to the Director Strategy, you will be responsible for:
- Driving the growth strategy of the organization by working on various process improvement initiatives.
- Leading projects across the sales and marketing space.
- Bringing in tools to support the diagnosis,design and optimization from other transformations
- Leading analysis to find solutions to critical challenges.
- Working with business/ function heads to understand businesses and help implement solutions
The Successful Candidate - You will be a MBA from one a top tier business school, with at least 2 years of experience in sales followed by another 1-3 years in trade marketing/ brand management. You must be from the FMCG / FMCD industry. You should have exposure of working in an internal/ external consulting role.You should have the ability to drive teams and must posses good communication skills
