Strategy Manager - FMCG

We have urgent requirement in one of the MNC FMCG as Strategy Manager @Gurgaon location.

Position Purpose:

This position has direct responsibility for supporting the planning and directing an organization's strategic and long-range goals including inorganic and organic capex projects, new initiatives etc.

Principal Accountabilities:

Together with Business Leader define the strategy and investment requirements to achieve the strategic commercial milestones

Develop Game Board for Inorganic Growth opportunities

Conduct research and evaluate financial performance of acquisition opportunities and organic investments for value chain extensions

Partner with leadership on multiple projects; providing analytics, including business case development, and recommendations

Collaborate effectively between individual parts of the business; interacting with key leaders within the business to have an updated perspective on the key issues affecting growth in the different parts of the business

Essential Functions/Requirements:

Strong Strategy and commercial Knowledge

Ideal candidate should be similar experience

Qualification-B.tech (Chemical Engg) / MBA/ PGDM- Strategy management
