Strategy Leader - Brand/Product - FMCG - IIM (8-10 yrs)
Brand Manager/ Strategy
Urgently looking for Strategy Leader (Brand Manager/Product Manager) for a leading consulting firm in Mumbai.
Candidate should have experience in FMCG industry in
- In a reputed retail company outside India (International exposure is a must) preferably in the specialty retail (apparel, home) industry
- Of the 8 years of required experience in industry, the incumbent should have considerable experience in at least one of the below areas:
- Store operations
- Store planning
- Merchandizing
- E- retailing
- Also have led a team of at least 4-6 persons consisting of mid level managerial resources
- Candidates with experience in retail transformation projects would be preferred
- Incumbent should have good knowledge of the Indian retail market
Required Skills
- Marketing focus. Prior exposure to sales / marketing role will be an added advantage
- Experience of working in entry strategy & process improvement
- Additional 1 - 2 years of pre MBA experience would be an added advantage. Product / Brand management , channel management (should have had some exposure in directly interacting with retailers/dealers, distributors, wholesalers, etc)
Experience:
1) 8-10 years of post MBA experience. (preferably 2002 – 2004 batch)
2) Graduate or Engineer + MBA from only premier institution with a strong academic background. Premier institutes would include IIM A, IIM B, IIM C, IIM L, IIM I, XLRI, FMS, S.P Jain, NITIE and JBIMS.
