Role Expectation
Position: Strategy Lead (from ISB & IIM) - Project Management
Job location –: Bangalore
Experience -10 or more years
Education – MBA from ISB-Hyderabad or IIM-(Ahmedabad,Bangalore,Calcutta) only
Being part of 'Business Performance Excellence' team, person is responsible for providing strategic partnership to India Business Leaders and On-shore Process Owners. In addition, this position would be expected to lead global level initiatives, which would demand operation management skills, technology and domain component. In addition, position is responsible for identification, development and delivery of process solutions in the delivery of new product/service introductions, business improvement and process standardization projects.
