The Strategy Lead - Manufacturing Services, reporting to the Head of CSPD, will be assigned to the Manufacturing business for which he/she will provide the above services, working closely with the CEO and the Finance teams of the respective businesses.  - Identifying potential opportunities in current and allied businesses. Articulating ideas using a strategy framework   - Executing business market research and analysis  - Analyzing strategic moves of competition and running a competitive intelligence gathering system  - Researching and evaluating acquisitions/joint ventures, divestment and other development opportunities including determining if markets should be entered through strategic acquisition or startup  - Facilitate to create a new business model / create improvements in the value system using value chain analysis  - Researching and investigating potential new product lines and markets that may complement the company's existing lines of business and areas of operation.  - Facilitating definition of critical business metrics and strategic achievement for the core business.  - Highlighting and facilitating deployment of any synergies within the portfolio (cross pollination of best practices)   - Facilitating generation and implementation of cost reduction/ process improvement ideas   - Facilitating capex projects (tracking costs and benefits and finding solutions to issues encountered)   - Driving periodic reviews - Quarterly, Annual Business Planning, Long Term Strategy Reviews, CAPEX Reviews etc.  - Preparing major presentations for senior management and making presentations on behalf of management to communicate the plan.  - Excellent at financial analysis   - Sharp business understanding   - Fluency with numbers  - Curiosity; High Energy  - Ability to bridge big picture and fine details   - Good executive presence   - Influencing skills  - Excellent communication Skills (written, oral and presentation)  Qualification:  - Must be from an Engineering Background from Top Institutes with MBA (Top B School) or CA qualified  - Must have experience in Engineering/Manufacturing sectors  Looking for candidate who can relocate to Chennai without any constraints  - Max CTC to be offered is 25 lakhs per annum
