Job Title: Strategy and Innovation - Retail Initiatives With No 1 bank in Mumbai		  Department: Retail Banking			 			 Job Description:  - Be a part of the Retail Initiatives Unit of the Retail Banking business and provide effective support to Retail Banking through updated market and business information and analysis to enhance profitability and customer experience. Many new initiatives in Retail Banking should originate from the this unit				 								 Key Result Areas:	  - Identify and translate market opportunities into actionable recommendations to achieve individual, team and organization revenue profit target.  - Support the Retail Sales and Marketing departments in enhancing customer acquisition, maximizing value from existing customers, and retaining the top tier profitable customers.   - Provide effective MIS/ Reporting and diagnosis of business wise performance at all levels in Retail Banking.  - Establish intuitive reporting methodologies and perform market analysis as required to shape Retail Banking strategy and analyze performance to effectively drive sales and retention.  - Establish effective customer segmentation for product marketing based on specified criteria.  - Establish effective metrics/ KPIs for all businesses within Retail Banking and monitor performance.  - Act as the champion of the Retail Banking Performance Management system by disseminating system information/training to other staff in the branch as and when required						 					 Key Relationships:				  Competencies Required:  - Post Graduate in Management or a professionally qualified person with at least 7 to 10 years of banking experience covering Retail Banking or Corporate Banking. Experience in strategy or retail banking divisions would be an added advantage.   - Good interpersonal skills, tact, maturity and flexible approach			  Academic Qualifications Required, Post Graduate - Preferably an MBA				  Nature of Relevant Work Experience Required: 3 to 4 years				  No. of Years of Relevant Work Experience: 8 to 10 Years				  Preferred Companies:  Industry - BPO, Insurance, Banking				  Isha KAM-BFSI
