Strategy/Consulting Role - IIM/ISB/XLRI/TISS/MDI/FMS (4-9 yrs)
We are looking for positions in Consulting / Strategy with a leading Consulting organization at GURGAON. Open to Move into HR Strategy/ HR consulting role
- 4-9 years of experience in Consulting/ Strategy domain from Consulting organization with Full time MBA from Tier1 (IIM, ISB,XLRI, TISS, MDI, FMS )
Role & Responsibilities :
- Experience in transformation, strategy, work-force optimization / organizational de-layering,, capability development strategy, M&A work.
- Proven ability to manage projects and / or large project modules including successful deployment and delivery of personal expertise and that of other project team members to ensure excellent, on-time delivery to client specifications
- Advising Clients in transformation, organizational design, job evaluation, leadership development, change management, workforce management.
- Provides management support to the Human Resource function in the areas performance discussions/appraisals, allocating and reviewing work
