Job description
- Financial statements analysis of global O&G majors (upstream)
- Merger and acquisition analysis in O&G (upstream)
- Sector coverage and equity analysis for upstream and global O&G companies
- Execution of various valuation tools viz. DCF, EV Analysis, Peer Benchmarking
- Strong background in strategy/consulting for upstream O&G
- Debt analysis, credit analysis, liquidity analysis
- Should be open for international travelling
Education and experience
- Graduates/MBA from a reputed institute with 4-7 years of relevant domain work experience (global upstream Oil & Gas)
- Experience in management consulting firms, corporate finance / M&A of upstream O&G companies, offshore captives of investment banks. Specific expertise in upstream Oil & Gas.
