Preferences : Graduates from IIM / Tier I Management institution with 6+ years post grad experience, who understands the IT industry.

- Business planning and creation of functional budgets

- Responsible for analysis of key business & people issues and recommending solutions

- Responsible for generating insights from quantitative analysis and translating data inferences into business recommendations

- Developing the review and governance framework and responsible for execution of the review mechanisms of key functions with CMD for better synergy and cross functional alignment

- Provide analysis for effective functional reviews to the CMD and responsible for closure of key actionable; Program manage timely execution of critical initiatives

- Performance improvements for Talent Acquisition through several initiatives including process study, identifying CTQ metrics, analytics in a data heavy environment, technology interventions, employer marketing etc.

- Sales Incentive structuring for global sales based on industry best practices

- Responsible for Incentive payouts for Sales and sales support teams

- Support to critical events of the organization

- Handling key internal and external communication of the CMD

- Owner of Corporate Social Responsibility and other corporate level initiatives
