Strategy Consultant - FMCD - IIM/XLRI/FMS/NITIE

One of the leading management consulting firm is looking out to hire consultant for their Consumer & Retail Vertical.

Engineer + MBA from a premier institution with a strong academic background. Premier institutes would include IIM A, IIM B, IIM C, IIM L, IIM I, XLRI, FMS, NITIE (only PGDIM course), JBIMS, SJMSOM. Candidates must have a good academic track record.

Experience :

- 2-3 years of post MBA experience. (preferably 2012 - 2013 batch)

- Exposure in Sales management or marketing activation or brand management. Channel management (directly interacted with retailers/dealers, distributors, wholesalers, etc).

- Should have led a team of at least 2-3 individuals. Experience in a Consumer Durables company (MNC) preferred.

- Additional 1 - 2 years of pre MBA experience would be an added advantage.

- Should have excellent oral & written communication skills. Good analytical skills, sound conceptual base & working knowledge of finance.

Role :

- Project Execution - Contributes to conceptualizing, data collection and analysis

- Work in project teams under supervision of a Project Leader/ Engagement Manager

- Support business development and knowledge initiatives

- Participate in Organization initiatives
