The incumbent would articulate and execute talent strategy, participate & contribute to the growth of their allocated businesses. The roles will be based on business requirements and will provides opportunities to work with senior business leaders.

Role and responsibilities:

- Understand business priorities and work with business to create a plan to align hiring strategy with the priorities.

- Should partner with business leaders to chalk plans to engage and attract the best professionals from the market to propel business objectives.

Research & Sourcing:

- Talent mapping ie: understanding the competitive landscape of talent in the market

- Build proactive pipeline for talent for the BU/Geo.

- Create sourcing strategy and execute it hands-on and along with shared services

- Engage professionals and create excitement for career opportunities at Wipro

- Address selection process both in terms of stakeholder experience and timelines.

- Handle fulfilment as per defined performance framework of the organization. Meet productivity and speed of execution targets.

- Reporting & MIS as per the organization guidelines

Education and Experience:

- Post Graduate with 10+ years of work experience.

- High customer orientation & results achievement with strong business acumen

- Ability to express point of view with senior stakeholders and influence them. Ability to work with diverse cross cultural teams, connect and collaborate with various stakeholders

- Tenacity to work on deadlines and strong self-drive to make a difference.

- Strong analytical skills with attention to details and follow thru’ with end-to-end ownership to get things done

- Proven ability to multi-task, deal with ambiguity and identify systemic approaches to solve problems

- Superior communication, facilitation, Influence skills and Speed of execution
