Hiring for one of our captive client leading in Insurance and Banking Domain.  Role : Strategic Research Manager  location : Mumbai  - 6-8 years of work experience in strategic research within consulting/other financial services, preferably with a strong exposure to insurance/insurance broking  - 2-3 years of experience in Consulting/direct client management is preferred  - Graduate in any discipline  - Candidates having MBA/CFA/FRM will be an advantage   Technical Skills :  - Fundamental financial and market analysis  - Global economic, current political and social affairs  - Excellent data gathering/aggregation, synthesis and assimilation  - Excellent report writing and presentation skills with exceptional verbal and written communication   - Good PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills  - Analytical thinking, project management skills, structured delivery to timelines and quality  - Good working knowledge of research databases  General Skills :   - Experience of dealing directly with international stakeholders/clients preferred  - Understanding of business drivers and trends  - Developing a thematic thought process  - Build dialogues and engagement
