The role is based with Leading Healthcare established in October 2011 is a leading secondary care hospital network in North India.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

The candidate will closely work with the senior management of Healthcare and will help shape the strategy of the business, including taking the lead in building new healthcare businesses specifically in the areas of e-health, e-commerce, m-health and m-commerce.

- Undertake detailed market research to identify new avenues of growth opportunities for the company in the secondary care market sector.

- Develop detailed business case for entry into new sectors including and not limited to ehealth,e-commerce, m-health, m-commerce as also horizontal or vertical expansion of existing chain of secondary care hospitals.

- Undertake detailed financial modeling for the business case, and develop the rationale for the the company to enter in the new sector

- Identify teams, value propositions and investment required to create these new ventures

- Identify and forge strategic alliances with potential partners

- Work closely with the team(s) to operationalize the venture(s) and support the business development, financial, and operational strategies and its execution

- Interact closely with the Chairman, and CFO to develop the new ventures including reporting to the Board

CANDIDATE PROFILE AND SKILLS DESIRED :

The Candidate will have the following minimum experience, characteristics, skills and expertise

- MBA/ MBBS from one of the leading colleges in the country

- Deep understanding of the world of e-commerce, m-commerce specifically in the healthcare space

- Over 4-5 years of hands on experience in the hospital/healthcare arena including hospital operations, healthcare consultancy, or a healthcare related startup.

- Demonstrate a high level of knowledge relating to the field of healthcare, and the associated ecosystem

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; excellent problem solving and leadership abilities

- Technologically savvy

- Strong analytical, presentation skills with attention to detail

- Proven track record of consistent achievement in leading major initiatives, managing and delivering projects on-time, and within budget.

- Start-up mentality

- Proven skills in working across multi-dimensional and multi-functional teams

- People person and team player with flexibility to work in an entrepreneurial environment

- Be a self-motivator who enjoys rapidly growing and changing environment

- Have experience of working closely with senior management
