It operates in the fin-tech domain, helping customers improve their credit ratings and get access to better financing options and also providing leads and sales enablement services to companies in the BFSI domain. Our client boasts of customers from over 250 locations pan India.

Apart, from the credit advisory services, the firm also offers other customized financial products. The company is a stable one with a track record of 5 years in which it has helped millions of retail customers improve their credit health and get access to better financing options.

As the Strategic Financial Analyst, you will be taking care of the financial analytics around the company's performance, profitability, return on investment etc as well as making presentations and reports for investors. The other responsibilities will be as follows:

- Determine cost of operations by establishing standard costs; collecting operational data.

- Improve financial status by analyzing results; monitoring variances; identifying trends; recommending actions to management.

- Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data.

- Maintain database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.

- Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; studying proposed changes in methods and materials.

- Increase productivity by developing automated accounting applications; coordinating information requirements.

- Protect operations by keeping financial information confidential.

- Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing publications.

- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

- MIS and reporting

Candidate Profile:

- Candidates who have cleared CA in the first attempt would be preferred

- Should be an MBA from a premium B-school

- Good communication and analytical skills

- Expert-level analytical and financial modeling skills

- Strategic thinking

- Great presentation skills

- Ability to influence and persuade
