Hiring for AVP- Strategic Underwriter- LAP/Mortgage with leading NBFC Dealing with Corporate Clients in Mumbai.
Responsible for heading Underwriting Function for High ticket cases (more than 10 cr.)
- Underwriting of LAP, Home loan, unsecured and secured loans for SME. Unsecured loan includes Business Loan, Secured loan includes machinery loan, office equipment loan, medical equipment loan and hospital Infrastructure loan more than 10 cr.
- Expertise in ensuring optimal sales and credit operations, cementing client relationships, producing cohesive work environments, maximizing human capital ROI and trouble shooting. Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive/ highly confidential information with discretion and tact.
- Credit Appraisal of Corporate - Financial Statement Analysis (Analysis of Profit & Loss Statement, Balance Sheet, Financial Ratios and Projections), Company/Business Analysis and Industry/Competitor Analysis, deciding the credit worthiness & recommending credit rating
- Providing inputs for designing KRAs for the Credit team, along-with their implementation and review
- Responsible for healthy credit portfolio and collection of PDDs
- Responsible for monitoring quality of the portfolio by monitoring infant delinquencies, NPAs and stressed
Qualification : CA Must max 3 attempts
CTC : upto 20 Lacs Max
