Strategic Consulting (Sales&Marketing)- FMCG/Retail/Automotive/Consumer Durables

We have a requirement in Strategy Consulting roles in Auto FMCG/ Retail / Consumer goods with leading consulting firm-Delhi/Bangalore/Mumbai

Job location : Mumbai/Delhi/Bangalore

Consultant : 1-4 years

- Strong program management skills

- Sales professionals to design/develop strategies to improve the effectiveness of sales organizations through sales diagnostic, process reengineering, sales talent management, incentive management, and operations optimization.

- Work on designing and implementing plans on sales strategy and sales operations, channel strategy and design, channel partner management, territory management, sales force effectiveness, sales processes, sales compensation & reward and sales operations optimization.

- Work as sales owner of an area of business with direct team reporting & management of channel partners.

- Work as an integral part of the client's sales organization, towards driving sales and revenue numbers - with a structured, logical and data oriented approach.

- Work on diagnostics on client data and processes to understand gaps, in the current state processes to help improve client processes.

- Process Assessment & Improvisation

- Sales Data Analysis, Marketing Planning

- A minimum of 1 - 5 years of progressive industry and/or consulting experience in the

Products industry : CGS/Retail/Auto/Beverages/IE industry

Consulting or functional experience in :

- Sales Strategy and Business Planning

- Sales Forecasting & Inventory Management

- Product and market entry/launch strategy

- Sales Operations

- Channel management ( Direct / Indirect)

- Sales Force Incentive Management

- Trade Spend management

Demonstrated expertise in any of the following : Sales and Marketing, General Management, Strategy Management, supply chain, souring and procurement in FMCG/ Retail / Consumer durable space areas of specializations.
