Strategic Advisor to CEO/Staff to CEO (3-6 yrs)

Staff @ CEO Office

Helping the CEO stay focused, effective and efficient. Increase the CEO productivity and support data driven decision making in a high-touch and personalized manner

Roles can include:

- Managing CEO's daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual meetings, and engagement

Example :

- Help prepare for Board/ investor meetings

- Plan the week ahead, provide information and deliverables to help him be more productive and effective

- Help plan leadership events such as our annual executive offsite, Company quarterly all hands

- Preparing the CEO for internal and external meetings with analysis and basis on key players in the room.

Handle special projects that are usually :

- Highly important to the CEO and to the company

- That has no natural home or is cross-functional

- Be able to draw a clear definition of what success looks like for each project

- Help keep a pulse of the business and connect dots with others across the company

- Ensure we have clear action items and follow-up after the meetings.

- Coverage to run and explore new areas of opportunity without distracting or diverting resources from the rest of the company.

- Challenging the assumptions and numbers behind the scorecards and reports you use to make important decisions,

Reporting into this role: PA

Required:

- A minimum of 3-6 years of experience with a role that involved interfacing with C-Level management

- Analysing and quantifying complex strategic questions tied to shareholder value

- Strong business financial acumen

- Any role that worked to enable board meetings will be preferred

- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected

- Must have strong diplomacy and conflict-resolution skills.

- Needs strong organizational and management skills

- Strong presentation and communication skills preferred
