Strategic Account Manager - Telecom (5-12 yrs)
Role purpose :
- To maximise the delivery of profitable revenue in organization Global Enterprise's accounts, through the leadership, base management, and motivation of the team.
- To manage and deliver revenue growth from HQ accounts across the country and NHQ accounts with base in the circle. Deliver above across all product lines and maintain a healthy product mix
- Deliver the best in class customer experience with a high NPS score. Work closely with corporate and global teams, creating a seamless and uniform experience for customers across countries & circles.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership :
- Deliver Revenue growth target in line with the DB in India
- Portfolio engagement across group companies of accounts
- Farming and nurturing deep engagements across levels of identified strategic accounts
- C - Level Customer stakeholder engagement and escalation contact for all customer experience related issues
- Engagement with various circles to deliver the VGE revenue growth within India ( HQ and NHQ)
- Work closely with the FL BDM to grow Fixed and relevant stakeholders for new products
