We are looking for Strategic Account Manager (Global) for one of our Clients in the Space of IT Infrastructure, Managed Services
- The Client is a Global Leader and was one of the top 5 Employers in terms of Employee offerings in 2015 and even listed in London Stock Exchange.
- Must handle accounts of the clients globally of IT vertical
Department : Sales
Main responsibilities :
Develop the Account strategy & direction :
- Account plan, short/medium/long term, sales strategy, Growth plan
- Develop Client relationships and internal relationships globally :
- Regional contacts, Gather intelligence and political landscape
- Client Satisfaction - Single point of contact
- Ownership, resolution management
Internal Best Practice advocate :
- Use global competencies and develop reference able wins

Qualification :
- B.E or Engineering Diploma, Advantage will be given for M.B.A. or professional certification in IT / Networking / Security / Microsoft
Experience :
- 5 to 8 years in the field of IT (Systems Integration, IT solutions and services ) preferably handling Global clients
