Strategic Account Manager - Commercial & Mid-Market - IT (6-15 yrs)
The Role
- You will be required to implement aggressive growth plans in the identified territory. You primary focus will be on new business while ensuring existing relationships are maintained.
- You will be required to understand, appreciate and conform to global sales processes that ensure achievement of critical performance metrics like revenue and gross margin.
- You will always keep the client at the center of everything and ensure timely attention to any CSAT issues.
Candidate Requirements
- Knowledge of ICT solutions like networking, security, data center, cloud, virtualization, IP telephony, voice, video etc.,
- Minimum sales experience of 6 years in the above areas
- We are looking for hunters who thrive in a high growth, high pressure environment
- Ability to forecast based on quota and deliver based on forecast
- Proven and successful track record in delivering monthly quotas
- Knowledge of commercial processes in systems integration business.
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to maintain senior level client relationships.
