Job Description :

The Operation Manager will be required to fulfill the following responsibilities :

- Lead a team of 10-12 associates and ensure smooth warehouse inventory in different zones.

- Identify key areas in and around city which are strategically important for warehousing/logistics industry.

- Establish relationship with business partners and execute sourcing plan of the company.

- Manage launch of new warehouses and ensure smooth operational process establishment.

- Feeder to Sales, Tech, Product & Marketing team to produce the best in class product for warehousing industry.

Requirements :

- Candidate must be a graduate from IITs.

- Candidate must have high negotiation skills.

- At least 2-4 years of operations experience in real estate, warehouse management system firm.

- Ability to work under pressure, tight timelines and an unstructured environment.
