Store Manager - Cash & Carry/Wholesale Store - Hypermarket & Cash & Carry Chain

Position : Store Manager-Cash & Carry/ Wholesale Store (Hypermarket & Cash & Carry Chain-UAE)

Role :

- Drive sales and enhance the customer experience

- Develop a store plan to build the business by identifying and understanding local markets

- Manage the Cash & Carry Store inventory including understanding demand for products, as well as analyzing sales and inventory data to ensure appropriate stock levels

- Developing strong business relationships with customers

- Identify business opportunities by reviewing merchandise presentation, merchandise mix, and inventory levels

- Manage the Cash & Carry Store team

- Meeting performance targets relevant to sales, wastage and returned stock

- Devising and running sales promotions

Requirements :

- 7-14 yrs of experience in Retail with extensive experience in the Cash & Carry Format

- Should have experience in managing the Cash & Carry business at a Store

- Should have experience in multiple areas including developing business relationships with customers, service delivery management, operations, Sales & Sales Promotion Management, People management etc.

Location : Abu Dhabi, UAE
