This role requires you to have a deep intelligence of the current working of SZ while at the same time keeping an eye on the evolving business/Competitive landscape.Backed by a rigorous analytical framework; you will be expected to devise/drive top-down business strategies that ensures a consistent growth trajectory for SZ.   Responsibilities :   - Analyze and determine insights from business KPIs, competition and Industry trends  - Create an internal framework for market opportunity analysis and product/business strategy  - Undertake research activities for spotting global and macro economic trends in the travel and other related segments  - Develop strategic plans / goals for assigned function, explore ideas like product personalization/ localization, new market entry, and product roadmaps  - Provide consistent feed-back to functional leaders on their current strategy, KPIs, new product introduction etc.  - Support the senior management with accurate and timely analysis for strategic and operational decision-making  - Lead complex and time-critical projects for senior management by quickly understanding context and co-ordinating/synchronizing actions across functions  - Execute sophisticated quantitative analyses and advanced modeling that translates data into actionable insights  Requirements :   - 3 to 5 years of work experience with minimum 2 years of experience at a leading management consulting (preferred) or high performance in-house strategy team  - Experience in engaging across global markets  - At least 2 years consumer internet experience  - Demonstrated success in stakeholder management and in influencing larger teams  - Experience leading complex operational and strategic initiatives  - Distinctive problem-solving and analysis/business modeling skills and impeccable business judgment  - Superior interpersonal skills and executive presence and excellent communication skills
