Statistical Modeling - SAS/R/Python/SQL - US Healthcare Domain

Job Responsibilities :

- Lead multiple projects in forecasting and econometric/statistical modeling.

- Manage client and program engagements using governance models.

- Work closely with ARA leadership in devising strategy for pioneering and implementing advanced analytics methods to identify and solve business problems in healthcare.

- Work closely on project from analytical design to implementation.

- Work with the business teams to operationalize the analytics solution for problems in areas of Fraud Waste and Abuse, Customer Engagement and Experience, Operational Analytics,

- Industrial Engineering and Advanced Forecasting techniques.

- Engage in client communications for all important functions including data understanding/exploration, strategizing solutions etc.

- Acquire understanding of US Healthcare domain.

Required Skills set :

Experience Range : 3 years-8 years of experience in analytics industry.

- Proficient in SAS, R/Python, SQL, Microsoft Office Excel/Access/PowerPoint.

- Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of econometric/statistical methods like (Linear Regression, Logistic regression, Generalized Linear Model,

- Survival Analysis, Sampling Techniques, Design of Experiments, Time series analysis, CART, CHAID, Multivariate Techniques like Clustering, Discriminate Analysis, Principal Component Analysis, Factor Analysis, Multidimensional Scaling etc.)

- Excellent written and oral communication skills.

- Excellent problem solving abilities.

- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating good level of maturity.

- Excellent interpersonal and team skills.

- Professional, service oriented, proactive and flexible.
