- Advanced degree in Statistics, Economics /Econometrics or similar quantitative discipline with preferably experience in retail industry.
- Hands on Knowledge of Stat modeling are essential and hand on knowledge in other statistical tolls (SPSS, MINITAB etc) would be an advantage.
- The candidate should have prior work experience in related professional area.

- Assists in providing high level summary of models developed to SI/SVU managers
- Work alongside team members to ensure that no deliverables are impacted due to absence of any team members.

- Excellent hands-on knowledge of SAS procedures for data extraction, cleaning and transformation
- The candidate must have excellent quantitative/problem solving skills.
- Knowledge of end-to-end methodologies and best practices for survey data preparation and analysis in Stat Analysis
- Experience working with multiple datasets
- Strong communication skills, and the ability to work on multiple projects and work effectively in a geographically multi-location team environment.
- Candidate should be innovative and resourceful.
Qualifications
- Educational, Technical & Vocational Qualifications required to perform this role.
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Quantitative Science (Statistics / Econometrics)
- Experience of working on advanced modules of SAS and well versed in cluster and regression modeling, developing ScoreCard models and Good understanding of econometric and statistical analysis techniques such as regression analysis, correlation analysis, hypothesis testing, multivariate statistical analysis, time series techniques, optimization techniques, attribute analysis operational research and linear programming.
- 2-4 years of experience on providing predictive modelling solutions to clients.
- Have exposure to statistical packages such as SAS, SAS Base, SAS Macro, SAS e-Miner, SPSS Clementine, “R” etc..
Experience for Sr Business Analyst
- No. of months/years of experience required to perform specific tasks. (Please specify the duration and task).
- 2-4 years of experience on providing predictive modelling solutions to clients.
- Previous experience and knowledge in Retail industry would be an added advantage
Experience for Manager
- 6 - 8 years of experience on providing predictive modelling solutions to clients.
